Scientific activity

WHAT WE DO:
  1. Ab initio calculations of the lattice dynamics, electronic structure, and phase diagrams using Phonon, VASP , and Wien2k softwares.
  2. Experimental determination of the electronic structure and magnetic properties of new intermetallic phases containing rare-earth elements.
  3. Development and analysis of the efficiency of systems for renewable energy.

CURRENT TOPICS:

  1. Quasi-harmonic approximation applied to the construction of the phase diagrams of different technologically important materials.
  2. Lattice dynamics, electronic structure, and the high-pressure behavior of the Mott-Hubbard insulators.
