WHAT WE DO:
- Ab initio calculations of the lattice dynamics, electronic structure, and phase diagrams
using Phonon, VASP
, and Wien2k softwares.
- Experimental determination of the electronic structure and magnetic properties of new
intermetallic phases containing rare-earth elements.
- Development and analysis of the efficiency of systems for renewable energy.
CURRENT TOPICS:
- Quasi-harmonic approximation applied to the construction of the phase diagrams
of different technologically important materials.
- Lattice dynamics, electronic structure, and the high-pressure behavior of
the Mott-Hubbard insulators.
